French 75

We love gin and we love champagne so any drink that combines them both is a firm favourite with us!

Ingredients you will need

Sugar syrup

Champagne

Gin 

Lemon juice

Ice

Pour one tablespoon of lemon juice and another of sugar syrup and add in to a cocktail shaker with ice.   Add 50ml of Triple Six Dry Gin and shake them together well to mix and cool.  Now strain the mixture in to a champagne flute and top up with a champagne of your choice.  Be careful it doesn't bubble over.

You can give it a final stir and garnish with a strip of lemon zest.  Perfection.
